REGARDING DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
DIGITAL PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED.
*PLEASE NOTE: All physical products are made to order. Once your order is placed and sent to the print provider, no changes can be made to the order. Please triple check that your shipping, billing and cart information is correct. We cannot make any changes once the order is submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours.
If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including inputting the incorrect address or size when you place the order, you shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost.
LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS:
We are not responsible for any lost, or delayed shipments.
DO YOU PROVIDE PACKAGE TRACKING?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped, except for International shipments. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left the facility.
EXCHANGES/RETURNS/DAMAGED ITEMS:
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective. If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty or damaged items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Digital products will not be refunded. Please contact us at admin1@wifidreammerch.com for further information.
RETURNS:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in it's original packaging and must be unused. It also must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete the return, we do require proof of purchase or a receipt.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Please see our sizing charts under each item or in the products images for more details and suggestions for fit.
WILL THE DESIGNS FADE?
Some of the T-shirt prints will fade some after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.
ARE THERE ANY SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:
Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.
NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
